Our new patient process is designed to make you feel comfortable from the moment you book. Here is what you should know before your first visit.

  • Plan to arrive 10 minutes early. If you have completed your forms online, we will get you back quickly. If not, we will help you finish at the front desk.
  • Bring your insurance card and photo ID. We accept most PPO plans. We will run benefits before treatment so there are no surprises.
  • Tell us if you are anxious. Sedation and anxiety-friendly options are available. Just mention it when you book.
  • Parking notes. See our parking guide for street and meter rules around the office.
  • Cancellation policy. We ask for 48 hours notice if you need to reschedule, so we can offer your slot to another patient who needs care.
