Our new patient process is designed to make you feel comfortable from the moment you book. Here is what you should know before your first visit.
Read the full new patient guide- Plan to arrive 10 minutes early. If you have completed your forms online, we will get you back quickly. If not, we will help you finish at the front desk.
- Bring your insurance card and photo ID. We accept most PPO plans. We will run benefits before treatment so there are no surprises.
- Tell us if you are anxious. Sedation and anxiety-friendly options are available. Just mention it when you book.
- Parking notes. See our parking guide for street and meter rules around the office.
- Cancellation policy. We ask for 48 hours notice if you need to reschedule, so we can offer your slot to another patient who needs care.
