For referring doctors
Send us your patients with confidence
Sacramento Dentistry Group accepts referrals for implants, periodontics, sedation, complex restorative, and cosmetic cases. We respect your relationship with your patient and return them to you for ongoing care.
How referrals work
Three ways to refer
- 1
Call us directly
Reach our front desk at (916) 538-6900. Tell us the case and the patient's name. We will reach out the same business day to schedule.
- 2
Email records and chart notes
Send chart notes, x-rays, or 3D scans to appointment@sacramentodentistry.com. We accept DICOM, STL, JPEG, and PDF.
- 3
Have your patient book online
Send them to our NexHealth booking page and ask them to mention the referring office in the notes.
Our promise to referring doctors
Your patient stays your patient. We send a written report after consultation and after treatment, return them to you for routine care, and never solicit them for general dentistry without your knowledge.
What we treat
- Implants & full-arch cases From single-tooth implants to All-on-4® and full-arch restorations, we offer in-house planning, surgical guides, and 3D imaging.
- Periodontics Dr. Reem Atout, board-certified periodontist with 25+ years of experience, leads our periodontal and implant program.
- Sedation & anxious patients Nitrous oxide and oral conscious sedation available in office. For cases that require IV sedation or general anesthesia, we coordinate referral to an oral surgeon or hospital setting. We routinely treat patients other practices send our way for comfort-related concerns.
- Complex restorative & cosmetic Full-mouth rehabilitation, smile design, veneers, and CEREC same-day crowns are part of our daily caseload.
